This is such a pervasive problem, that I wonder if people even "see" it anymore? I'm thinking of (relatively) less egregious offenses like working through a lunch. We have exclusive lunch periods at my company, and a coworker was disciplined for leaving company property while on his assigned break. Luckily, that was resolved FAST in his favor, but the reactions people had to it all were telling.
