Just finished We Were Witches by Ariel Gore which I absolutely loved. Next up is Misery by Stephen King, Parable of the Sower, and Hollow Night by Kira Jane Buxton (audio). The latter two were recommended by a friend and the former is a research read for character development.

I’m on a break from new music since I’m reading a few things. Can only consume so much.

I watched Worst Roommate Ever and Tinder Swindler on Netflix which were so wild. Next up is Don’t F*** With Cats and the rollercoaster continues with documentaries/true crime.

Currently reading Anthony Veasna So's book Afterparties...beautiful, sometimes heartbreaking short stories about Cambodian Americans. I have been on a real short story kick, pretty much the perfect length to read before going to sleep.

I have been watching Snowpiercer on Netflix. Very entertaining series with great social commentary! Especially for socialists. The show touches on many themes like class society, inequality, and revolution.

Now that the final Expanse book is out, I'm rereading that series. If only Amazon would continue the TV show! Also watching season 6 of Outlander (time travel+historical fiction=fun). And for funsies, Murderville on Netflix was funnier than the trailer made it look to me.

If you haven’t already, check out the novel Red Plenty by Francis Spufford—one of the best, most innovative, and enjoying books I’ve read in a long time.

Currently reading Dawn of Everything by David Graeber. I would highly recommend his other book Debt also.
